Returns and Cancellations

Cancelling your order?

-We can attempt to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing, you can chat with our Customer Care team (customercare@www.ornella.in) for any further queries. On receiving the cancellation notice, we shall refund the entire amount within 7 – 10 working days through the same mode of payment. It shall not be approved of any cancellation or refund if your parcel is already out for delivery. Cancellation is not possible post dispatch of the product.

-The cancellation policy is not applicable for customized ornaments

Amending your order?

-We are fast at processing all orders so any changes must be made before you click on Checkout. After this point, you will not be able to make any changes to the sizes, quantities or colours of items in your order.

Changing your billing/delivery address?

-If you wish to change your address of delivery or billing for any reason/s, please contact our Customer Care team ASAP or email us at customercare.ornella.in. .

Returning/Exchanging your order?*

-If any of our customers wish to exchange the product purchased through Ornella.in site can do the same by sending back the product to us or by visiting our outlets mentioned above. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. Unwanted items purchased and received must be returned in original packaging with tags still attached. Any jewellery noticed to be used or damaged after returns, shall not be refunded or exchanged.

-*does not apply to any item that is personalised or customised on request.
-* No making charges/ GST will be refunded for the returned product.

-Please don’t forget to keep proof of returns receipt or tracking number if there are any issues with your return/s.

-Please allow 3-5 working days for your return order to reach us and another 7 working days for a refund to follow (if applicable).
-We shall not be responsible / liable for any loss / damage to the product, when the returned goods are sent by you in courier.

-Any exchanges shall follow the same process. You will be charged 10% or less on the original bill of your items purchased to items exchanged for.
